Fat Tuesday

Maybe just the name of a day like this will be the push I need to start watching my calories again, but I can't be sure quite yet.

I did have a salad for dinner this evening, but it was along side helpings of King Ranch Chicken and King Cake.

We ate like royalty this evening...
