Lunch: tomato, basil, turkey wrap: 5 points
snack cakes: 1 point
Afternoon snack: saltines and peanut butter: 5 points
Dinner: taco: 4 points
cheese enchilada: 5 points
chips and salsa: 2 points
TOTAL: 25 points.

such good work. i'm starting sunday. counting too. calories. just gotta do it. i'll report in with updates. i'm 5'10" and should be about 140 which i was in may. i'm sure i packed on 20 since then. i'm trying to figure out how to keep my blog going strong and super diet. since it's so not a diet blog...

Good luck to you. I'll be looking to you to see how to make beautiful food healthy (or how to make healthy food beautiful in pictures). I'm still trying to figure that out. Sometimes a plate of grilled chicken and steamed green beans isn't exactly pleasing to the eye. ;-)
