Note to Self

Calculate the points on something before eating it.

Breakfast:
cereal: 2 points
soymilk: 1 point
banana: 2 points

Lunch: apple and peanut butter sandwich: 7 points
pretzels: 2 points

Afternoon snack: beef jerky: 1 point
yogurt: 1 point

Dinner: chicken salad sandwich: 11 points
fruit salad: 1 point

TOTAL: 28 points. Not great, but Chick-Fil-A's "new" chicken salad sandwich really threw me off. Their old version was only 7.
