Tuesday Food Journal

Breakfast: Smart Ones muffin: 4 points

Mid-morning snack: banana: 2 points

Lunch: quesadilla: 7 points
pretzels: 2 points
sugar-free pudding: 1 points

Afternoon snack: bagel and honey: 3 points

Dinner: filet: 5 points
roasted peppers: 1 point
snack cakes: 1 point

TOTAL: 26 points. Four too many. Today is just one of those days were I felt like I could graze all day long.

Steps: 8,882 as I push the publish button. (Update: 9,165 when I finally took it off.)
