Friday Food Journal

Nothing to see here. Just me trying to count to 20 and stop. We'll see how it all adds up on the scale in the morning...

Breakfast:
oatmeal: 3 points

Mid-morning snack: Slim Fast peanut butter bites: 2 points

Lunch: soup: 2 points
5 saltines: 1 point

Afternoon snack: brownie: 3 points

Dinner: salad: 6 points

TOTAL: 17 points. How in the world did that happen???
