Thanks for the Beauty

Lady Bird Johnson passed away today.

The next time you see of a beautiful hillside covered in Bluebonnets or a single Buttercup on the side of a country road, think of her and all she did to make this country -- and the great state of Texas -- beautiful.

I took these pictures at the entrance of the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center just last month.

Her legacy will continue in the nature around us.
