Mid-morning snack: banana: 2 points
Lunch: English muffin pizza: 5 points
raw carrots: 0 points
Afternoon snack: trail mix: 3 points
mini peanut butter cups: 3 points
Dinner: club wrap and tortilla soup: no guess on the points
TOTAL: Not quite sure, but not horrible. Cole and I did yardwork this evening. Pushing the mower surely burned off a couple of those evil, yucky peanut butter cups!!!
